Service Description
Option 1: Project Showcase: This option provides a strong set of foundational images and drone shots (15-20 professionally edited shots) showcasing the key architectural features and/or interior design elements of a completed project. This is suitable for basic portfolio updates and website presence. Option 2: Comprehensive Design Story: This comprehensive option aims to tell the complete story of the design. It includes an extensive set of high-quality images (25+ professionally edited shots with a focus on detail, materials, and spatial relationships), drone photography to capture the building in its environment (for architectural projects, up to 5 shots), and a short (1-2 minute) video highlighting the design concept and key features.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Social Launch for your photography and videography needs. Please review our short booking policy below: Booking Confirmation: All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed by Social Launch via email or other written communication. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, as outlined in your specific quote or package details. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested with at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations: Due to the dedicated time and resources allocated to your booking, all payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the photoshoot/videography session or as otherwise specified in your agreement. Weather: For outdoor shoots, we will monitor weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather that may negatively impact the quality or safety of the shoot, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient time.
