Service Description
Option 1: Progress Documentation: This option focuses on capturing key milestones and overall site progress. It includes ground-level photography of significant developments and up to 5 professionally edited drone shots showcasing the site from an aerial perspective. Ideal for weekly or bi-weekly updates for stakeholders. Option 2: Milestone Marketing: This option aims to create high-impact visuals for marketing purposes at significant project milestones (e.g., groundbreaking, topping out, completion of a major phase). It includes a more extensive ground-level shoot focusing on architectural details and key activities, plus 10-15 professionally edited drone photos and a short (30-60 second) highlight video suitable for social media.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Social Launch for your photography and videography needs. Please review our short booking policy below: Booking Confirmation: All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed by Social Launch via email or other written communication. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, as outlined in your specific quote or package details. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested with at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations: Due to the dedicated time and resources allocated to your booking, all payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the photoshoot/videography session or as otherwise specified in your agreement. Weather: For outdoor shoots, we will monitor weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather that may negatively impact the quality or safety of the shoot, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient time.
