Service Description
Option 1: Signature Showcase: This option focuses on capturing the essence of the service and the environment in which it is provided. For a spa, this might include ambiance shots and treatment room details. For private aviation, it could be aircraft interiors and exteriors. Includes 15-20 professionally edited photos that convey the brand's luxury. Option 2: Experiential Immersion: This option aims to create a more immersive visual experience. It includes a wider range of still photographs and drone photography (25+) capturing details and the overall experience, plus a short (1-2 minute) video that showcases the service in action and highlights the client experience.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Social Launch for your photography and videography needs. Please review our short booking policy below: Booking Confirmation: All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed by Social Launch via email or other written communication. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, as outlined in your specific quote or package details. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested with at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations: Due to the dedicated time and resources allocated to your booking, all payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the photoshoot/videography session or as otherwise specified in your agreement. Weather: For outdoor shoots, we will monitor weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather that may negatively impact the quality or safety of the shoot, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient time.
