Service Description
Real Estate -- Mini Session: This package is our “minimum”, meaning it is the perfect option when you are in need of updated photos of a bathroom renovation, or a basement, or fresh landscaping in the yard. This session’s number of professionally edited photos is typically around 5-10, based on the scope of what we are photographing.This is also the perfect option for when you just need a few shots of the exterior to put on MLS/FMLS or when the master bedroom wasn’t staged but it’s ready to go now. Option 1: This package includes interior photos and exterior drone photos cropped to MLS specifications for ease of upload. This is the perfect option for properties up to 5,000 sqft and/or 3 acres. This package typically includes 15+ professionally edited photos. Option 2: This package includes interior photos and exterior drone photos cropped to MLS specifications for ease of upload. This is the perfect option for properties up to 9,000 sqft and/or 5 acres. This package typically includes 25+ professionally edited photos. Option 3: This package includes interior photos and exterior drone photos cropped to MLS specifications for ease of upload. This is the perfect option for properties over 10,000 sqft and/or 10 acres. This package typically includes 50+ professionally edited photos.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Social Launch for your photography and videography needs. Please review our short booking policy below: Booking Confirmation: All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed by Social Launch via email or other written communication. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, as outlined in your specific quote or package details. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested with at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations: Due to the dedicated time and resources allocated to your booking, all payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the photoshoot/videography session or as otherwise specified in your agreement. Weather: For outdoor shoots, we will monitor weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather that may negatively impact the quality or safety of the shoot, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient time.
